Comlero allows you to oversee one member list for your whole studio, covering the people who use the app and the people who opted out. You can add someone by name and email alone, invite them, or let them join themselves by scanning the code on your studio wall. Either one by one, or through bulk import.

Three ways in, and none of them is typing
You can invite someone by email, add them to the roster yourself, or let them join on their own with your six-character studio code or by scanning your QR. Comlero lays them out on an A4 poster with your logo in the middle, ready for you to print and put by the door. New joins can be approved one by one or accepted automatically.
Approve each one, or let them straight in. Nobody types a member list.
Goodbye to messy spreadsheets
Upload the file you already keep once and Comlero works out which column is which: names, emails, phone numbers, which course they are in, their existing membership information, how many lesson credits they have left. You correct anything it got wrong in a review grid, then confirm. Comlero creates the members, their course enrolments, their credit balances and their invitations in one pass. Easy. Then you can say goodbye to spreadsheets.

Give people exactly the access they need
Instructors and staff each get a permission map across nine areas of the studio, from courses and members to revenue and events, and each area can be set to none, view, or manage. An instructor who should mark attendance but never see revenue is a two-click setup, and the sidebar simply does not show them what they cannot open.

Questions studio owners ask
Do my members have to download an app?
No. You can keep members on your roster who never install anything. You hold their name, email and course, and they pay you however they do today. The app adds booking, check-in and course material for the ones who want it.
Can someone belong to more than one studio?
Yes. A member account can belong to several studios and switch between them, which matters for teachers and for students who train in more than one place.
