Payments, plans & credits
You charge your members. Comlero runs the machinery underneath. Money moves through your own Stripe account, which makes your studio the merchant of record on every charge and means Comlero never holds your revenue. Members pay by card, by bank, or with whichever local method they already use. Underneath sit all the shapes a studio actually charges in: monthly memberships, per-course plans split into installments, lesson-credit packs, and recurring credit plans that top themselves up.
Membership and payment plans to fit your flow
You publish a plan, either studio-wide or scoped to a group of courses, and members buy it from a public page or inside the app. The payment runs through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you and Comlero never holds it. You can manage pauses, set minimum commitments, and decide what happens when a plan reaches the end of its term. The legal fourteen-day cooling-off right is applied on its own when someone changes their mind.
Class passes, done properly
Both, at the same time. You can sell one-off credit packs and recurring credit plans that release a set number of credits every cycle, or every week. You decide whether unused credits roll over or reset, cap how many can pile up, and set an expiry window. When a member books a lesson, a credit comes off their balance on its own, and if they cancel within the window you set, the credit simply comes back.
Unused credits stack up, to a ceiling you set. Here, 24.
A fresh eight each cycle. What was left over expires.
The awkward conversations, automated
A member asks to pause and you approve it, or you pause them yourself. One billing cycle is skipped and the subscription starts again on its own. Cancellations run to the end of the paid period, floored to any commitment you set, and you can give the whole studio a notice period. Refunds go out in full or in part from the same screen.
Starts again by itself
- No charge, and no new credits, for that one cycle
- Credits they already hold are kept, and wait for them
- Course material stays open, booking goes on hold
Questions studio owners ask
How do my members pay?
By card, by bank debit, or with the local payment method they already use. Checkout runs on your own Stripe account, so the methods you switch on there are the methods your members see, wherever in Europe you teach.
Who holds the money?
You do. Members pay into your own Stripe account and Comlero never takes custody of your revenue. Your studio is the merchant of record on every charge.
Can a course be paid off in installments?
Yes. A fixed-period course can be split into anywhere from two to twenty-four charges, and the schedule is set on the plan rather than negotiated with each member.
