Comlero lets you build your timetable and keep it running. You set a course to repeat weekly or every other week, and the individual lessons appear on their own, each with capacity, an instructor, and a location you can change per lesson without touching the rest.
Course lessons, events and one-to-ones sit in the same month. You created none of them by hand.
Flexibility for lessons and the course
Open the lesson and reschedule it, swap the instructor, change the room, or cancel it outright. Members are automatically notified of the updates, and a cancelled lesson can be restored if the plan changes again.

Easy to arrange a break or a holiday
The closure wizard takes a date range and closes it across courses, events and one-to-one bookings at once. It stops new bookings in that window, cancels what was already booked, returns lesson credits, works out the pro-rata refund on affected memberships, pauses recurring credit plans, and sends members a summary notice.

Questions studio owners ask
Can I put the studio schedule in my own calendar app?
Yes. Each team member gets a private subscription link that shows lessons, events and one-to-one bookings in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. The link is one-way: your calendar app just displays the schedule. To change something, you change it in Comlero and your calendar follows along.
Do I have to create every lesson by hand?
No. You define the pattern and Comlero creates the lessons, keeping a rolling window of upcoming dates ahead of today so a continuous course never needs topping up.
