Trials & waitlists

Comlero creates a public page where someone who has never met you books their first class. Free or paid, approved by you or accepted automatically. It also asks how they found you, so you stop guessing which channel is working.

How does someone book a trial class?

One link, no account

You turn on a public page and arrange the order of your courses. A visitor picks a class, leaves their details, and is either confirmed straight away, held for your approval, or sent to pay first if the trial has a price. They never create an account, and they can manage their booking later through a link of their own.

Will I know which channel my new members came from?

Stop guessing which channel works

Every trial booking asks where the person heard about you: Google, Instagram, Facebook, or something they type themselves. The Trial Bookings page charts the answers, so the question of whether the Instagram effort is worth it has an answer instead of an opinion.

What happens if they come once and never return?

The follow-up you never get round to

Someone comes to a trial, enjoys it, and then life gets in the way. Comlero sends them one friendly follow-up email: right away when you press the button, or on its own after a delay you choose. Each person only ever gets it once. It is a nudge, not a campaign.

Questions studio owners ask

Can I charge for a trial class?

Yes. Set a price on the course and the public booking sends the visitor to pay before the place is held. If you have not connected payments yet, the same booking falls back to needing your approval instead.

Do I have to approve every trial booking?

No, that is a setting. Some studios approve each one, others let the page confirm automatically and just watch the list.
