Comlero handles the capacity and the registration. Members reserve a place in a lesson, move to a different lesson when needed, join a waitlist when the lesson is full, and check themselves in on arrival by scanning the code at your entrance.
The clipboard, retired
Members open the app and scan your studio code on the way in, and Comlero marks them present for the right lesson. Check-in opens an hour before the lesson starts, and nobody can check in twice. And if you would rather mark the register yourself, that still works too.
Missed Tuesday, take Thursday
If you allow it, a member can request to move from one lesson to another, within the same group of courses or anywhere in the studio as you prefer, up to eight or twenty-four hours beforehand. You approve each request, or let them go through automatically. Their attendance still counts against the course they actually belong to.

A full class stops being a dead end
Members join a waitlist and hold a position in it. When a place frees up you invite the next person, or a batch of them, and they claim it through a link. If nobody takes it you can invite further down the list without starting again.

Questions studio owners ask
Does Comlero tell me when someone stops showing up?
It can, and it quietly works against churn for you. Choose an attendance threshold and a look-back window, and when a member falls below it Comlero sends them a friendly email, written in your own words, before a quiet stretch turns into a goodbye. Each member can only ever receive it once, so nobody gets nagged, and the whole thing stays off until you switch it on.
Can an instructor mark attendance, or only the owner?
An instructor or staff member with manage rights on courses can mark and correct the register. It is not restricted to the owner.
